- Loan products review, Lending cycle, Standards of client service, Client acquisition
- Balance, Profit & loss, Screening, Crosscheck, Financial ratios, Risk analysis
- Giving and receiving feedback, Communication skills.
- Persuasion & influencing, Customer service, Goal setting.
- Achieve disbursement target
- 100% recovery of installments.
