Head of Client Strategy [China]


 
Manage a team of CRM professionals and reporting to the Head of Marketing.
Close collaboration with internal partners including marketing team, retail team, EC team, IT, legal and finance team as well as external partners & platforms.
Own the overall CRM strategy development and landing, based on deep insights of the Chinese beauty market & consumers. Contribute to business growth through driving client lifetime value.
  • Develop and deliver CRM strategy & annual planning, including:
    • Setting objectives & key winning metrics
    • Budgeting planning & management
    • Engagement campaign calendar
    • Clienteling
    • Related government & principles for adjustment
  • Create member exclusive value; manage membership & reward programs & projects
  • Client communication plan and management to convey brand messages with creativity
  • Client insights data strategy & governance; data quality management – including tagging, profiling & segmentation; data analytics
  • Commerce enablement & insight support
  • Activation support to cross function teams
  • Develop and motivate high-performance CRM team
Team capability & business acumen building
Academic / Professional Qualifications/Language
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Good understanding of China market and fragrance and beauty brand orchestration
  • Strong background and solid experience in CRM, marketing, or digital marketing
  • At least 10-year professional experience and over 5 years of leadership role with outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to influence and collaborate across functions
  • Strategic Thinker; strong at connecting the dots
  • Creative and innovative, take initiatives
  • Strong Presentation skills; proficient in English
  • Open Communications, Promote Collaboration and Teamwork, Engage and Inspire
