ACADTECH is a IT service company which located in Ortigas center Metro Manila. We provide IT related outsourcing services, our partner come from US and China, such like Internet Brand, SAP..
Currently we have around 20 employees provide the stable service to our client, some of employees have already worked for our client more than 10 years.
Job Overview:
Assist us in recruiting engineers in the IT field for our software services and internet-based clients in the United States and China, and handle the corresponding HR management tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently carry out recruitment tasks.
- Understand the calculation of wages.
- Have the ability to handle SSS, PHIC, HDMF.
- Manage daily HR tasks and compile HR-related documents.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong execution skills and a high sense of responsibility, with stability.
- Recruitment experience in the IT field.
- 1 year+ of HR work experience.
- Proficient in using Office.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- Accept fresh graduates
Note:
- Basic salary of 12,000-16,000, with 13th-month pay, government benefits, and Maxicare.
- Work from home for the past 4 years, with a focus on task-oriented goals.
- Monthly bonuses that exceed the salary significantly, with ample opportunities for promotion.
