How will I help?
The purpose of the Business Division at Westpac is to support one of Australia’s most important assets – its businesses. We’re here to create better futures together. As a Relationship Manager with us, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of medium to large size business connections, and focus on winning new-to-bank customers.
It’s a high touch role that gives you the chance to work with a heap of different specialists across the bank.

What do I need?
We’re looking for a seasoned relationship manager with experience in commercial lending. Strong credit skills (including cashflow lending) is a must, and you’ll be comfortable with complex deal structuring. A natural people-person, you’ll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and ideally have a well-established network of referral sources.
