We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, responding to emails, and other administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Manage customer accounts and update customer information in the database.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Create and maintain filing systems for documents and records.
- Perform research tasks as needed.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Provide administrative support for other departments.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
