ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Business Solutions Specialist who will report directly to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting funding models for each company area, by taking into consideration the market needs and the portfolio potential. The role also requires a deep knowledge of company policies, applicable laws, and finance impact of each project.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?
- Support the implementation of funding models to customers for each business area
- Proactively develop and propose financial solutions to address business and customer needs
- Work closely with Business Domains for continuous improvement of cost efficiency and control
- Business analysis in order to propose incentive programs for customers
- Continuous improvement of processes for efficient and effective financial analysis for commercial teams
- Follow and assistance in Finance and Audit requests
- Participate in cross-functions ad hoc projects and tasks assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or related areas
- Experienced finance professional with minimum of 5 years of experience
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, US GAAP and/or IFRS will be a plus
- A good understanding of product costing, budget control, and commercial finance
- A good understanding of tax, compliance controls and risk environment
- Practical experience of a significant change or capital project, ideally having operated in a project steering group role
- Proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
