Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports the delivery of Document Management that will facilitate storage , control and delivery of formally released/ issued documents and records.
- Process Incoming /Outgoing Documentation
- Implement efficient workflow process, monitor daily activity and implement modifications.
- Familiar with all phases of the Project, RFI, change order and submittal processes.
- Support the Project Manager and Project Team in the planning, tracking and reporting of projects of varying contract types, complexity and level of risk.
Requirements and Skills:
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in related technical field.
- Capable of learning quickly and applying new skills effectively.
- 2-3 years related work experience in document controls.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with high attention detail.
