Document Controller [United Arab Emirates]


 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supports the delivery of Document Management that will facilitate storage , control and delivery of formally released/ issued documents and records.
  • Process Incoming /Outgoing Documentation
  • Implement efficient workflow process, monitor daily activity and implement modifications.
  • Familiar with all phases of the Project, RFI, change order and submittal processes.
  • Support the Project Manager and Project Team in the planning, tracking and reporting of projects of varying contract types, complexity and level of risk.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in related technical field.
  • Capable of learning quickly and applying new skills effectively.
  • 2-3 years related work experience in document controls.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with high attention detail.

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
