Job Description: Marketing Manager
Pipeworks Market, based in Melbourne, is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Pipeworks Market and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Pipeworks Market's brand visibility and reach its target audience.
Supervise and lead a team of marketing professionals responsible for executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for effective advertising and promotional activities.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and impactful marketing content across various channels.
Manage the budget for marketing activities and ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics and analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to maximize their effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and external agencies, negotiating favorable advertising rates and placements to maximize return on investment.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into Pipeworks Market's marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and content, to align marketing efforts and achieve integrated campaigns.
Provide regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement, to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree will be a plus.
Proven experience (X years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on marketing strategies and campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and advertising management platforms.
Familiarity with the Melbourne market and its media landscape will be advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
