Job Responsibilities:-
- Provide full support on secretarial and administration to the project department.
- Assist with Procurement for Project Site materials / items.
- Managing and monitoring department setting up including purchases of office stationeries, small material, office refreshment, Wi-Fi, router, etc.
- Assist with Petty Cash and General Worker Salary arrangement.
- Preparation of correspondence including faxes, letters, emails, reports, minutes of meetings, agendas and general correspondence for your immediate superior.
- Managing and monitoring Project Stock Count including recording of in and out materials.
- Develop and maintain proper project documentation control process both electronic and hard copy filing system as per project ISO procedures to ensure efficient management.
- Assist in Logistic Management and Waste Management as and when required.
- Maintain and improve order administration process and working instructions.
- Monitoring compliance with the safe work procedures.
- Insisting on correct and QHSSE practices at all times.
- Stimulating a high level of safety awareness at all times.
- Facilitating the maintenances of all QHSSE files and records.
- Attend any other ad hoc secretarial / administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the team.
- Assists in coordinating special events as and when required.
Job Requirement :-
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc.)
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
