- Data2bots Academy: Is a Data2Bots Value stream that is focused on training and upskilling platform for Data professionals

- Data2Bots Solutions: A service for delivering generic and customised data platforms solutions
As a Business Process Owner, you would manage all business and non-technical related processes for the specific value stream and you would be responsible for the day-to-day business operations management of the value stream and the associated platform.
## QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Business, Product or Process Ownership
- Ideally a tech savvy with a strong desire to learn
- Experience creating technical document, business flows and process diagram
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
- Experience in IT support is a plus for D2B Academy BPO
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to plan, coordinate and set priorities
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Sound process improvement skills
- Good Business judgement
## RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Process Owner at Data2Bots, your responsibilities would include:
- Manage all business-related processes for the specific value stream you are assigned to, which could be Data2Bots Academy, Data2Bots Extended Team, or Data2Bots Solutions.
- Implement and execute management decisions to completion, ensuring that projects and initiatives are carried out effectively.
- Take ownership of all non-technical activities within the value stream, overseeing and coordinating various business operations.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and markets to expand the value stream's reach and services.
- Act as a liaison between business users and the technical development team. You will facilitate communication and collaboration between these teams to ensure the smooth development, testing, and implementation of new processes and systems, as well as enhancements to existing ones.
- Provide technical support and assistance for queries specifically applicable to Data2Bots Academy, the training and upskilling platform for Data professionals.
- Analyze existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate and work with internal and external teams, fostering effective teamwork and cross-functional cooperation.
- Strategize and align the vision and focus of the value stream with the overall company roadmaps and objectives. This involves understanding the company's long-term goals and ensuring that your value stream's initiatives align with those goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets for the specific value stream you are managing.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Process Owner to assess the effectiveness of programs and processes and make improvements as needed. Your role is critical in ensuring the synergy between technical and business aspects within the value stream.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.
