Job Description:

This position implements strategies and communications plans to attract qualified candidates using successful recruiting channels and technologies. This position monitors large scale and complex staffing trends and provides insight on best practices to meet staffing needs through recruitment marketing. This position implements initiatives and provides consultative expertise and tactical support to all stakeholders including business units, business partners, hiring managers, etc. This position collaborates with geographical managers and COE partners to develop strategies for current and future business needs utilizing research and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
  • Plan and manage recruitment campaigns and messages
  • Track, measure and report on campaign results
  • Create engaging content consistent with UPS brand
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Research talent acquisition and recruitment marketing trends to improve the process
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
  • Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement

Preferences

  • Detail oriented with demonstrated communication experience
  • Understands labor and employment laws and the impact on recruiting and hiring processes
  • Talent Acquisition experience
  • Candidate Relation Management (CRM) e-mail marketing experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • HTML e-mail marketing experience
