Outbound Sales Representative (Part-time -WFH)
Location: Remote | Work hours: 4 hours per day from 9 am UK time to 1 pm (with the flexibility to do more hours if required in the future) Monday to Friday working from home - 20 per week.
Payment: £3 pounds per hour plus performance bonus
Job Summary: As an Experienced Telesales Representative, you will have two responsibilities which are proactively reaching out to potential property buyers over the phone, building strong relationships, and effectively promoting our property sales offerings as well as talking directly to vendors who are looking to sell their businesses. The ideal candidate must have a US or UK accent, a minimum of 5 years of telesales experience (preferably with property sales experience), and a demonstrated history of achieving outstanding sales results through telephone-based interactions.
Role includes: there are 2 sides to our business from selling properties to UK and international investors on the one hand to us buying businesses in the UK from vendors who are looking to sell their businesses.
1) Property Sourcing: calls to potential investors togather investor data to sell properties to both UK and overseas investors
2) Business Acquisitions: calls togather data over the phone from vendors who are looking to sell their businesses
- Conclude deals to completion
- Meet sales and purchase targets
- Liaise with the Property Team and the Business Acquisitions Team
- General reporting & admin
Process Documentation and SOPs:
· Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) regularly
· Follow established systems and processes for each task
· Provide reports and participate in weekly meetings with the team
Onboarding:
- Set up email and other necessary systems
- Familiarize yourself with Dropbox folders
- Complete training with the current Personal Assistant
