Technical Sales Support
We are looking for a DANISH-SPEAKING Technical Sales Support!
Do you have a technical flair, and would you like to contribute to the future development of VELUX Commercial? Are you service-minded and do you work in a diligent as well as structured manner? Then this is the role for you!
Your challenges
In this role, you will be based at our office in Budapest and will be a part of our Danish Sales Operations Team. You will be responsible for supporting our customers and internal/external colleagues, which includes:
- Ensuring that customers have a good experience from first to last contact via phone or email
- Preparing offers and processing orders (financial aspects, technical clarification and approval of drawings, sending order to production, ordering third party goods)
- Supporting our field sales representatives via phone and email
- Reviewing technical drawings and descriptions
- Sales administration/flow of documents: order confirmation, invoices, quality documents
- Keeping track of quotation and project data in our CRM system - C4C
- Logistics: tracking deliveries, missing materials, protocols
- Handling of reclamations
Your qualifications
It is important that you have a technical flair and some knowledge of the construction industry. It would also be an advantage if you have a craftsmanship background and experience working with customer support.
Moreover, we expect that you are:
- fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
- service-minded, quality-conscious and resilient
- an experienced IT user (knowledge of Navision, C4C, CAD software is a plus)
- a structured person and are able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
